On Tuesday, January 31st, the Matt O’Neill Real Estate team celebrated its 2016 sales year. With over $128 Million in total sales, we surpassed our goal for the year. 2016 ended up being our most successful year in sales to date! Our team combined to facilitate 317 transactions last year. Our agents successfully sold 152 homes for our clients last year, and found homes for another 165 buyers.

This year we hosted our most successful holiday charity event to date. Thanks to our friends, family, and past clients we were able to organize over 350 pounds of food to distribute locally! Hunger remains an on going problem in many communities, and we recommend visiting the Lowcountry Food Bank if you feel the desire to give back.

You can become a millionaire through real estate.

This may sound like a wild sales pitch from a shady investor, however - the reality exists. Real estate can be used as a powerful wealth building tool that has made turned millions of individuals into millionaires.
